Wits Law Clinic compels Home Affairs to act against fraudulent marriages

The University of Witwatersrand Law Clinic successfully made Home Affairs Minister Aaron Motsoaledi take action against fraudulent marriages cases. This comes after the Wits Law clinic announced a class action lawsuit against the home affairs department for its apathy in dealing with civil society cases.
