MEC for Treasury and E-Governance, Nomantu Nkomo-Ralehoko spoke to CNBC Africa following the State of the Province address about the 30 per cent procurement set aside for black-owned companies as well as the R40 billion Gauteng Province plans to spend on the Township Economy.
