Ex-NFL player and McKinsey partner, Jason Wright, says that bold ideas are necessary in order to close the inequality gap in the workplace. Wright suggests tying executive bonuses to their ability to elevate black talent, hiring based on skills rather than credentials, and retraining jobs vulnerable to automation. Other recommendations include raw dialogue among white and black colleagues and external pressures from investors and other stakeholders.
