Nigeria’s oil bill delayed by COVID-19

Nigeria’s Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Timipre Sylva, has hinted at the possibility of sending the revised Petroleum Industry Bill to the National Assembly for consideration in the coming weeks. He further stated that the draft bill has attempted to accommodate the interest of all.
