Ramaphosa imposes further restrictions as COVID-19 cases rise

South African president Cyril Ramaphosa imposed tighter restrictions on parts of the country as the COVID-19 outbreak accelerates. In an effort to curb super spreader events, government has closed beaches on the eastern coast ahead of the holiday season.
