This is how much African govts lose from fraud & tax avoidance annually

On the continent, governments lose about $25 billion annually to corporate abuse by multinationals who transfer profits to offshore tax havens and to individuals engaging in tax evasion through undeclared assets. According to data collected jointly by numerous watchdog organizations, East African governments lost over $1.2billion.
