Understanding the double tax agreement between Ghana & Mauritius

The Double Tax Agreement between Ghana and Mauritius came into effect on the 27th of February this year. The agreement among other things seeks to eliminate double taxation of the same income in both countries. Eric Mensah, Former Lead Treaty Negotiator at the Ghana Revenue Authority and Co-Chair of the UN Tax Committee joins CNBC Africa to discuss what this agreement means for both countries.
