Assessing Rwanda’s readiness to roll out COVID-19vaccines
Rwanda expects to get about 3.7 million Covid-19 vaccine doses from both the COVAX facility and through the African Union’s African Vaccine Acquisition Task Team initiative. Moreover, the WHO put in place a vaccine introduction readiness assessment tool and on average, African nations are on 42 per cent ready for their mass-vaccination campaigns.
