SA Finance Minister Tito Mboweni delivers 2021 budget speech (full speech)

South African Minister of Finance Tito Mboweni delivered his 2021 Budget Speech; announcing that R10 billion has been allocated for the purchase and delivery of COVID-19 vaccines, over the next two years. Keeping tax increases to a minimum, Treasury has chosen not to introduce the R40 billion in tax measures initially proposed in the October Medium Term Budget.
