SARB Governor Kganyago keeps rates on hold at 3.5% (full speech)

In a unanimous decision South Africa’s Central Bank kept its key interest rate unchanged at 3.5%. Lesetja Kganyago, Governor of the South African Reserve Bank explains the reasoning and gives insight on the country’s economic outlook.
