JOHANNESBURG, April 20 (Reuters) – South Africa’s central bank composite leading business cycle indicator rose 2.0% month on month in February, helped by more building plan approvals and job advertisements, data showed on Tuesday. The indicator collects data on vehicle sales, business confidence, money supply and other factors to gauge the outlook for Africa’s most industrialised economy.
