According to the controller and Auditor General for the 2019/20 financial year, the value of new investment capital in the Export Processing Zones Authority in Tanzania, decreased by 88 per cent during the past five years. The report indicates that investors injected a total investment capital of about $500 million in 2015/16 compared to about $60 million invested in the 2019/20 financial year.
