Rwanda economy grew 4% in second quarter of 2017
According to figures released by the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda, the economy grew by 4 per cent in the second quarter largely driven by a recovery in agriculture. The agriculture sector grew by 6 per cent in the second quarter with construction shrinking by 4 per cent. CNBC Africa spoke to Ivan Murenzi, Dep Director General, National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda.
