Ghana's export revenues hit $8.9bn
According to the Bank of Ghana's summary of economic and financial data, Ghana raked in 8.95 billion dollars from cocoa, oil and gold exports as at August 2017. This represents a growth of 27.8 per cent between August 2016 and the same period in 2017. Meanwhile, the International Monetary Fund is projecting almost 9 per cent economic growth rate for Ghana in 2018. Yofi Grant, CEO of Ghana Investment Promotion Center joins CNBC Africa for more.
