INEC to conduct Nigeria 2019 polls with existing laws

Nigeria's president Muhammadu Buhari's refusal to sign the electoral amendment bill has been received with mixed reactions across the country. Nigeria's electoral umpire INEC has said it will go ahead to conduct the polls with existing laws.
