Nigeria to launch digital currency by October 1st
Nigeria will launch the pilot scheme of its digital currency as it marks its 61st year of Independence on the first of October. According to the Central Bank of Nigeria, the digital currency will include macro-management and growth, cross-border trade facilitation, remittance improvement, and targeted social intervention.
