S&P affirms Rwanda’s rating at B+/B with negative outlook
Global rating firm S&P has maintained Rwanda’s rating at B+/B and gave the country’s outlook a negative outlook. S&P says Rwanda's twin deficits are forecast to slowly decrease, but risks to their base-case expectations persist. Zahabia Gupta, Sovereign Analyst at S&P spoke to CNBC Africa for more.
