Kenyans reeling under rising cost of living
With the already high cost of living caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, Kenyans might have to brace themselves for tougher times ahead following a legal notice published by the Kenya Revenue Authority, allowing the Commissioner-General to adjust the prices of different products including fuel, by 4.97 per cent, termed as inflation adjustment on excise duty. Ken Gichinga, Chief Economist at Mentoria Economics joins CNBC Africa for more.
