Kenyan state-owned enterprises need bailout to pay $945mn
The Kenyan Treasury has revealed in its annual debt report that taxpayers may in future potentially step in and bail out nine state-owned firms, including Kenya Power, from commercial loans amounting to more than $945 million. Economic Analyst, Aly-khan Satchu joins CNBC Africa on this.
