Nigeria’s locally-produced LPG rises 30% in September
The quantity of liquefied petroleum gas produced in Nigeria, rose by about 30 per cent from 38 thousand metric Tonnes in August, to 49 thousand metric tonnes in September. According to data from the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency, about 27 thousand metric Tonnes was imported, recording a decline in the monthly domestic consumption. Uchenna Minnis, MD of Howard Minnis Asset Management, joins CNBC Africa to discuss the developments in the oil and gas sector.
