Female executive pay gap sees little improvement on the JSE top 100 listed companies, report finds
The 2022 PwC Executive Pay report has been released against a context where we’ve seen jaw dropping salaries been earned by CEOs of top companies on the JSE. Like MTN CEO, Ralph Mupita who booked over R84 million in total pay last pay, Investec CEO Fani Titi who took home about R87million in total pay which includes incentives and the staggering R300 million paid to Sibanye Stillwater CEO Neal Froneman in the 2021 financial year.
