The South African construction group indicated that Stefanutti’s resignation would take effect from 15 July 2014.
“It is with regret that the board of [DATA SSK:Stefanutti Stocks] has accepted the resignation of Gino Stefanutti, as chairman and director,” the group said.

“The board expresses its profound appreciation to Gino for his enormous contribution to the company which he so successfully founded in 1971.”
Vuli Cuba, who joined Stefanutti as a non-executive director in August 2013, is expected to assume the chairmanship of the company with immediate effect.
