Metrofile’s chief executive is set to resign early 2016, the company has said through a sens statement.
The company focused on integrated records and information management in South Africa and selected African countries said it will commence the process of engaging a suitable replacement.
“Shareholders are advised that Graham Wackrill has advised the board of directors of Metrofile of his intention to retire as chief executive officer with effect from 31 March 2016,” read the company statement.
“The process of engaging a suitable replacement will be commenced shortly and the generous notice period given by Graham should ensure a seamless handover of responsibilities.”
Wackrill has been with [DATA MFL:Metrofile Holdings Limited] for the past 12 years.
“Graham will join the board as a non-executive director in April 2016.”
