South Africa’s private sector credit demand increased by 9.53 percent year-on-year in May compared with 9.35 per cent in April, central bank data showed on Tuesday.

Growth in the broadly defined M3 measure of money supply was little changed at 8.37 per cent year-on-year in May compared with an 8.38 per cent increase in April.
