Africans need to stop looking at putting money into healthcare as a cost and start looking at it as an investment. This is according to Halima Dangote, Executive Director of the Aliko Dangote Foundation who spoke to CNBC Africa's Wole Famurewa on the side-lines of the just concluded African Union Summit in Addis Ababa.
