Delta Property Fund expects earnings to drop in 2020
Delta Property Fund’s distributable earnings in the year to end-February 2019 declined to 73.84 cents a share from 97.24 cents in the previous year. The company said that they will retain a quarter of its distributable earnings “to facilitate capital expenditure and working capital requirements in the business”, therefore having a full-year distribution of 55.39 cents per share.
