NSE convenes court-ordered meeting for demutualization

In a move to complete its demutualisation process, Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) has convened a mandatory court-ordered meeting of its members to pass resolutions for the demutualisation as well as an Extraordinary General Meeting. Joining CNBC Africa on the side-lines of the meeting is NSE Council President, Abimbola Ogunbanjo.
