The Coca-Cola Company, SABMiller plc and Gutsche Family Investments combined forces of their non-alcoholic beverage businesses in Southern and East Africa to form Coca-Cola. The CCBA is the largest Coca-Cola bottler in Africa and makes up 40% of all Coca-Cola beverage volumes in Africa.
