<p>As the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic continues to unfold, another generation of women will have to wait for gender equality. This is because the gender gap has grown by an additional 36 years. According to the latest World Economic Forum Gender Gap Report, South Africa fell 1 ranking, and is now 18th out of 156 economies. <p>The World Economic Forum says another generation of women must wait an extra 36 years to close the gender gap, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has pushed this further to 135.6 years.</p>

<p>112 young leaders under the age of 40 were unveiled by the World Economic Forum. Among the 56 countries represented, 11 of this year’s leaders are from Africa. They have been tasked to help create a world where leaders take responsibility for a sustainable future. One of the new leaders from Africa Obi Ozor, Founder and CEO of Kobo 360 an e-logistics platform joins CNBC Africa to discuss the task ahead for the Young Global Leaders.</p>
