EA Debate: Rwanda sets revenue target for $1.5billion by 2024


The government of Rwanda recently unveiled a target to hit $1.5 billion in annual revenues from exported minerals by 2024. Key to this conversation though is vast investments in value addition initiatives as mining activities must be modernized and more exploration need be done to unveil new deposits.
