NUMSA interdicts signing of 27 IPP agreements

There was chaos this morning as investors flew from all over the world to sign multi-billion dollar agreement to create green energy in Africa only to meet with disappointment. Investors from the United States, Italy and Spain behind 27 of South Africa’s Independent Power Producers agreements for wind and solar found out in Pretoria that a court case stood in their way. CNBC Africa reporter Lubabalo Mashiqana filed this report.
