Tiger Brands welcomes high court’s certification of listeriosis class action
The Johannesburg high court has granted the families of listeriosis survivors and their next of kin the opportunity to institute a class action against Tiger Brands. It is expected that more than 1000 claims will be brought forward. Tiger brands responded by saying it will spend R1 million to help the class action process.
