Taxi motos in Rwanda to go cashless

Motorcycle transport is one of the most popular means of moving about in Rwanda’s capital Kigali and in the continued bid to digitize the country’s transport sector all taxi motos as they are popularly known will only accept digital payments moving forward, but what does this mean for the complex transport system?
