Armed conflict spikes civilian displacement in Mali

The Norwegian Refugee Council says close to 50,000 people have fled their homes in northern and central Mali this year, due to inter-communal clashes and a rise in armed groups and military operations. Domitille Galli, Head of Programs at the Norwegian Refugee Council joins CNBC Africa from Mali for this discussion.
