Will SAP pay back ill-gotten gains to SA’s state owned-entities?

German software company SAP is again in hot water after South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa decided to launch an investigation into the country’s water ministry’s contract with the firm. CNBC Africa recently asked SAP if it would pay back its ill-gotten gains from Transnet as it has acknowledged wrongdoing over deals with Eskom and Transnet. This is what Cathy Smith, managing director of SAP Africa had to say.
