Opposition candidate Felix Tshisekedi has been declared winner of the presidential election in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Mr. Tschisekedi has vowed to be the president of all Congolese. Meanwhile, rival candidate Martin Fayulu has dismissed the results as “electoral coup”.
