Nigeria, others set to raise $2bn to finance energy projects

Nigeria and other oil and gas producers in the African Petroleum Producers Organisation plan to raise about two billion dollars to finance energy projects and boost collaboration on the continent. CNBC Africa’s Wole caught up with Nigeria’s Minister of State for Petroleum Resources Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu on the side-lines of the second Nigerian International Petroleum Summit in Abuja.
