The Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo has hit the one year mark and has seen a rise in cases. Despite this neighbouring Rwanda has been hailed by the World Health Organisation (WHO) for its preparedness, the country has taken a number of measures in an effort to prevent the epidemic from entering its territory.
