Uganda records 2nd death after Ebola crosses border

Two people have died since the Ebola outbreak crossed the border from the Democratic Republic of Congo into neighbouring Uganda. The country’s Health Ministry is currently monitoring 27 contacts. Niniola Soleye, Managing Director of DRASA Health Trust joins CNBC Africa for more.
