Urbanization driving demand for affordable housing in Kenya

Urban populations are growing at a rate much faster than can be absorbed and managed, causing demands on services and infrastructure that massively outstrip supply. In Kenya, a new Ksh12 billion residential housing project that seeks to address the shortage of middle income housing in the country was introduced.
