The United Nations Commission for Africa has called on global leaders to take bold actions and act swiftly in other to minimise the impact of the pandemic crisis on Africa. While highlighting swift measures that can be undertaken within the next three to six months, UNECA stressed that Africa’s resilience to the crisis will break if global policy leaders remain timid or indifferent in their response.
