COVID-19: SSA sees sharp decline in remittances in 2020

Remittances to Sub-Saharan Africa declined by an estimated 12.5 per cent in 2020 to $42 billion, according to the latest report by the World Bank Group. Nigeria saw the most decline. Dilip Ratha, Lead Economist at the World Bank joins CNBC Africa for more.
