Sibanye-Stillwater buys French Eramet’s Sandouville plant for $77mn

Sibanye-Stillwater is pushing ahead with its battery metals strategy. The miner has bought Eramet’s Sandouville plant in France for $77 million. This marks Sibanye Stilwater’s second acquisition in the battery metals sector as it looks to capitalize on the global push for green technologies.
