Uganda plans to localize its automotive industry supply-chain

The African automotive market is valued at $28.4 billion in 2020, and it is expected to reach $39.8 billion by 2026, registering a compound annual growth rate of 5.55 per cent over the forecast period. To tap into these, Uganda is set to localize its automotive industry supply chain. Allan Muhumuza, Director of Marketing and Sales at Kiira Motors Corporation joins CNBC Africa for more.
