Andela looks to double talent pool with Africa expansion

The move to operate fully remote in Egypt and Ghana has proven successful, prompting Andela to extend its reach to brilliant engineers beyond the capital cities. This shift towards remote work allows Andela to tap into a wider pool of talent, reinforcing the company's commitment to delivering top-tier engineering solutions to meet customer needs.
