Ethiopia increases health budget by 46% in response to COVID-19

Concerned at the inefficiencies that the COVID-19 pandemic has exposed in Ethiopia, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has announced that the country is increasing its health budget by 46 per cent to respond.
