Competition Commission launches inquiry into SA’s online market
With the Covid-19 pandemic having been with us for over a year, many of us have resorted to shopping online, it seems to be simple and convenient, but the South African Competition Commission has seen the need to launch an inquiry into the online market. They believe there is a potential for exploitation, discrimination and consumers and not being presented with the optimal choices. James Hodge, Chief Economist at the Competition Commission joins CNBC Africa for more.
