Estate Intel: Lagos commercial real estate up 19% in 2021

A report by Estate Intel says that development activities across the commercial real estate sector in Lagos state increased by 19 per cent in 2021. They also note that key sectors such as the residential and healthcare remain undersupplied, creating huge opportunities for investors.
