Restrategising Africa’s response to peace and security

African leaders at the International Forum of Dakar on Peace and Security want to see more coordinated response as they urge regional and continental partners to develop localized solutions that are peculiar to the African context. That's according to the President of ECOWAS Commission. CNBC Africa's Kenneth Igbomor caught up with him on the side-lines of the forum in Dakar.
