WH Smith appoints Burberry exec as new finance chief as Moorhead to retire
March 15 (Reuters) – British travel retailer WH Smith said on Friday its finance chief Robert Moorhead plans to retire after more than two decades with the company, and will be succeeded by Burberry executive Max Izzard.
Izzard, currently senior vice president of Group and Corporate Finance at Burberry, will join WH Smith on Sept. 1, while Moorhead will step down from the board at the end of November.
